I'm considering a title like "设计纲要" and organizing sections around concepts, site layout, volume and facade, functions, structure and materials, sustainability, details and comfort, construction, regulations, costs, user experience, accessibility, risk management, and deliverables.

For sizes, I think around 45-60 sqm for studios, 75-90 sqm for one-bedroom, and 110-130 sqm for two-bedroom units. For the golf resort, cabins could be between 40-80 sqm.

I need to ensure safety from the water and golf balls with proper setbacks and orientation for sunlight. Ideas like large glazing, deep eaves, and sustainable materials like wood and green roofs also come to mind.
